Browsing the net for ideas you find lots of other nice Bora's

The cars pictured here are Bora's I especially like. If you find your car on this website, but do not want it posted here, send me an email and I will remove it.

Silver Arrow

One of my favorates. The BBS-CH challenge motorsport wheels really do it for me.

18" BBS-CH

Can't beat a silver Bora with 18" BBS-CH wheels for looks. If you have a set for sale and the price is right, contact me !!!

Bora R32 :-)

Had there been a Bora version of the MkIV Golf R32, this is how it would have looked like.

BBS-RX wheels

Bora with BBS-RX wheels painted in black-chrome.

Bora Variant

I like the blacked-out oem VW xenon headlights.

Audi RS4 wheels

Looks good, but probably replica wheels. The Bora and Golf have a 5x100 bolt patern. Original Audi is 5x112.

Nose job

The Bora in the upper photo has the nose of a MkIV Golf. This change has been done since the Mk I Golf and Jetta. If you like this, the trick is to find someone with a car that's the same color. That way the swap will only cost you a saturday and some greasy hands.

Bora Variant with OZ wheels

Wheels are OZ Racing "Crono" . They give the car an agressive look.

Volkswagen Motorsport

Volkswagen entered this Bora TDI-R in several races. This is at the Nurburgring during a "Langstreckenmeisterschaft" race. Different TDI's were entered by VW-Motorsport. First there was the Golf MkIV that drove the Nurburgring 24h and they even raced a Bora Variant.

Nimbus Grau

You either love or hate this color. It's Nimbus Grau. A color that was used for the Audi TT-R. It looks like navy vessel grey, or some people think it looks like the car sits in a primer coat ready to be painted in a real color. I do like it very much.

OZ Racing "Super Leggera"

I like the combination of a light color silver Bora with the titanium graphit paint on the Super Leggera's.

The Bora that never was

Only build as a concept. Rumor was that it would be the new Scirocco or Corrado. It never made it to a production model. Some people wanted one bad enough tho........Enter Project-X

Project-X

It would not be fair to say it's just a glued together Bora and Golf. I would sell the people short who made this Bora Coupe. Follow the link to VWvortex on the link page and check out how Project-X was born.

Canadian Black Jetta

North America kept the name Jetta for the Golf's brother with a boot. The Jetta is NA's best-selling VW. In Europe the car never was a populair as the Golf. Hence the name changes to Vento for the MkIII model and Bora for the MkIV to boost sales. As of the MkV it's a Jetta once again, even in Europe.
